Default Pre-Collision System Malfunction at 211 Miles

I have a brand new ES 350. At 211 miles, I got a "Pre-Collision System Malfunction" message along with notifications that LTA, Auto Headlights, etc. were non-functional. I shutdown the engine and everything went back to normal for awhile. Then it happened again -- 3 times in 2 days. Dealer diagnostic showed image processing module malfunction in front recognition camera. The forward recognition camera sensor assembly was replaced under warranty.

Has anyone else had this problem? I suspect some manufacturer has supplied Lexus with faulty camera assemblies.
