Bluetooth cassette a bit sucky
Works good.
Sound is amazing compared to fm modulator
But cannot charge and listen
Had to hack cable to get it in
bad design iffy quality.
Price 16 euros Are there any better solutions?
or better cassettes?

Something like this may be available for your Lexus and provide a cleaner connection than any cassette adapter at about the same price:
