Default car show electrical question

This is kinda an easy question but i might be thinking into it too much.

For indoor car shows how and what do they use to run the cars without having the engines on. Most car shows provide whatever it is you need. but im wondering how it works so you can run your system all day. Is it just like an AC/DC power inverter or something along the lines of that?

you run a DC power supply...

i have a 35 amp one forsale...

Pyramid DC power supply, rated to 35 amps, model PS-36KX, perfect for powering up your car at indoor shows. It was used to power up my car at all the indoor shows.

an adc inverter would be from dc to ac conversion...

this is just a dc power supply...

ac to dc converter....

basically, what you do is get some amp wire... 4-8 gauge...
put on some leads... spade on one end and loop on the other...

hook up one end to the dc power supply, and the other
end to your battery leads...

you'll have to remove either the positive or negative
cable to the car's battery to prevent damage to
the battery.

oh ok, yea ac dc converter, you know what i meant. i was in a rush typing. ok so its just a basic hook up to + and - leads of the car. and just make sure their diconnected from the battery. so yours is 35 amps. i wonder how much ill need. if smaller amperage ones will work as well. prob depends on the quality of the product. ill keep in mind yours.
