OK here it goes, the other day I was riding and i hit a bump and my volume shut off on my cd player, I switched to radio and same thing. After riding for a while i powered my radio off and after a little while I powered it back on and it worked for like 2 seconds and i heard a little like popping noise from the speakers and it went off again. So I pulled over and turned my car off turned it back on. It worked for a little longer htatn before like 10 seconds. The next morning I was leaving my friends house it was doing the same thing work for 2 seconds and shut off... But when i got on the highway it started working again with no problems... Until last night I sort of jumped a small hill at an intersection. and it happened again except it will not work none now NO VOLUME AT ALL...NOT EVEN THAT SMALL POPPING NOISE. It really bothers me that i can't ride around with no music. My friend said it could be a resistor but I don't know. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

first off do u have aftermarket speakers installed???? if so check them and make sure they r not grounding out on the surrounding metal in the doors or the rear deck..... second if you have any bare speaker wires somewhere they could be touching causing it to ground out. see if one of these has anything to do with it and let me know. ill try to help u the best i can.

I do not have aftermarket anything all stock... Where would i look to see if here are any bare wires touching down where the fuses are?
