I'm doing a conversion of the boring green LEDs in my RX300's console radio and window controls to white LEDs (similar to what this guy did here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=72530 ).
I have done the window controls aready and it's a big improvement. Much brighter and more modern looking.
Now I'm trying to tackle the console radio-A/C. I'm stuck on how to remove the ***** for the A/C "AUTO"/temp and fan speed controls. The ***** above them (volume and audio adjust) just pull off, but the lower ones seem different and they have LEDs in the center. I don't want to just rip them off in case there is a different method to take them off.
Thanks

The top 2 just pull off, but the bottom ones don't. I've pulled hard and even tried prying the off, but no luck. Since they have LEDs behind them (top 2 have LEDs lighting around the ****, but not inside), I was thinking they are maybe attached with a clip or screw from underneath. Will have to take the whole radio out and have a look I guess.....
