Post Song Metadata not updating with Pandora or Amazon Music

I have posted this on the LS Model forum and gotten no response. Perhaps someone on this forum can help:

I am the new owner of a New to Me 2020 LS500. It is my SEVENTH LS over the course of many years. I absolutely love it! I've encountered an issue with the Bluetooth phone connection whereby the song info will not update on the screen when I am using a station or playlist from Pandora OR Amazon Music. It always stays on the first song played. I have never had this issue before and am just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and if so, what was or is the solution? I'm sure there is one; I just haven't come across it yet. I HAVE tried all manner of updating - my phone (LG V60 ThinQ 5G), the Pandora App, Amazon Music App. I've rebooted the phone several times, as well as disconnected and re-connected it to the car. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. The sound system, btw, sounds great, despite the fact it is not of the Mark Levinson variety .

By an incredibly circuitous route, I located another forum on this website that mentioned the same problem that I was having. It turns out that a software update was available for my vehicle from Lexus.com DESPITE the fact that the system info in the car stated that NO update was available or needed. What Lexus.com failed to mention when downloading the file is that your USB stick must be formatted using FAT32. Once that was accomplished, the car accepted the update and thereafter the song metadata displayed properly.
