The multi-display in my '07 boots up fine and shows the lexus logo but goes dark immediately after. All button functions attached to the tape deck section (PWR/VOL, FM, TAPE, DISC, LOAD, TUNE/FILE) and CD controls are responding and functioning properly. Everything above it (CLIMATE, AUDIO, INFO, DISP) is unresponsive except for the hazard button. I've already taken it to 3 places including a dealership. They all performed the same checks and got the same results. The car passed an advanced battery test, all the fuses are good, and there are no codes related to the multi-display being thrown. They all said they'd need more time with the car to diagnose the bug. I was wondering if anybody else has ever had this problem or can think of anything I can check before I have someone take a deeper look.
