Both seem like good headunits however, which one has the better screen and performance etc? I plan on upgrading to one of these if my Lincoln Navi retrofit doesn't work out. Thanks. Price wise, I can get both much lower than MSRP so I'm not worried about that. I want to know which is the the better unit overall.

I can't seem to get the pixel rating on the pioneer. What is it? Alpine has 1.5 megapixel which I hear is amazing.

Definately Definately get the alpine D900, its a step above all other head unit hands down.

Damn that sure makes things harder!!! It looks as if the choice is going to be either alpine cva-1004 with alpine mp3 cd changer (DVD changer l8tr on) and X-box mod for DVD. So I'll post pics in a couple weeks cuz right about now...it don't look like I'm going to go the Lincoln navi route...Well more like 70% no 30% yes (it still hasn't came yet)

My vote goes to the Pioneer avh-p7500 for the best features. I just made a VCD with all my car pics and now can play it on my system for viewing. It also can read MP3 files.... This is the only system I know of that can do this..
