Lexus LF-R - The Successor to The LFA
We should open up a group, or just continue this thread with any news, updates, spy shots and rumors on the upcoming supposed LF-R. This is a really exciting vehicle if Lexus ends up producing it...pic for attention.

My dealer said their GM had a meeting and discussed it, and they confirmed the owner of the dealership group is going to be first in the line. I told my contact to make sure I'm second haha, I have been hounding my contact at the dealer about an LFA replacement for the last few years

Any idea on pricing (or range for pricing)? Does this mean it's confirmed? When are they announcing it?

At half a million, it's hard for me to make a deposit on that without knowing much on the vehicle, I was expecting Porsche 911 Turbo S pricing - $250K. I'll just have to wait, as apparently they will be announcing more information at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon in January. Fingers crossed!

So can we confirm that the upcoming LFR will be more expensive than the original LFA price?

I heard from my salesperson, he said there are two cars coming, one is the fully electric around 1400hp, and the other is twin turbo V8 hybrid. Looks like we will have two super car from Lexus in the near future.
