FS: SALVAGED 1993 SC300 5-Speed SoCal $2000
I have a 1993 5 speed SC300 that I crashed a couple weeks ago. Am looking to see if anyone on the boards is willing to buy it as a drift car or strictly to sell parts, or else I give up ownership to my insurance company. Damage is somewhat moderate, estimated at a little over $8k. Damage includes: left fender, left door panel, rear quarter panel, all left side interior panels, steering column. everything else is in good shape; engine was not damaged. Motor has 125k original miles, all oil changes done by the 3k mark and timing belt was changed at 90k miles. All in all a great car. Located in Southern California. Asking $2000

As of now, I don't have current interior pictures. I'll get them up as soon as I can. In the meantime, know that the window panel leather where the handle is is cracked and the speakers have popped from the sockets. That might be it. The door is pegged right up against the seat and is unremovable, so the body shop just added a new interior to be safe, but we don't know the extent of the damage. With the steering column, the bottom casing is misaligned, but it might not be an issue. The car's located around the Torrance/Gardena area.
But here is the original interior:

I can't get pictures of the interior for another week because I can't go back until my finals are over, but I might have to give it back to insurance before that. ANYONE SERIOUSLY INTERESTED?!?! If need be, I'll go back and take a couple pics.

It has been deemed an unsafe vehicle to drive because you can't get out of the drivers side, but the car can be driven. I drove it a couple times and works perfectly. You just have to go through the embarassment of having to get out of the passenger side. -_-

Jay,
I'm 5 minutes from the In-N-Out in South Torrance heading towards Palos Verdes.
It is already a salvaged vehicle, but I have the title in my hand.
Someone's coming to take a look at it on Saturday. If you want to take a look at it then, let me know. I have to get it sold this weekend, so I'll take any reasonable offer.

Luv,
The damage honestly goes as far as you can see in the pictures. Driver side fender, door, quarter panel. After that, everything is internal. Possibly needs new interior door trim, new steering column, etc. but we couldn't get the door off, so can't say. but the tilt, window and mirror controls still work, as do the speakers. Definitely fixable!!
