looking For A Low Mileage, Smoke Free ( Full Spec ) Nakamichi, Heated Seats, Traction Control. Spruce / Spruce. No Paint Or Body Work. Preferably In Northern California

I think you are a little over optimistic, especially for a car thats 13-15 years old. Unless someone just stored their car in their garage, there will be some paintwork done.
For a car as clean as you described, you better be willing to fork out some good amount of dough because that kind of car is worth it.
