WTB Second Gen GS300 or IS300

Looking for a second Gen GS300 or IS300 for g/f. So Cal. only please unless there is a way I can take a look at the car in person. My price range is 16K max or trade with my 01 Acura CL 3.2 38k miles on it. Thanks
