Car is still for sale, see new price. As for the car fax thing, I had it checked out when I bought the car and found no reason to beleive the stated mileage is not correct, im not sure how it works with a digital odometer but im assuming incorrect mileage must have been reported at sometime.

I don't think the actual mileage is any more than 129k (which is what the odometer reads) but I suppose I have no way of knowing for sure. New price - $5500.
