I am in the market for an ES 300 .looking to spend $5k-$7k depending on mileage/condition.

Under the price range you specified, it looks like you'll only find those ES with pretty high miles (i.e. 120K or more). Mileage affects more of the car's value than anything else. Just keep that in mind, and good luck with your find
