'04 RX 330 - FS or Take Over Lease

It was purchased in May '04 on a 36-month lease, 12,000 mileage allowance per year. It currently has 13,900 miles on it, so the mileage is below the mileage allowance. No problems at all, everything works the way it should, it's never had any major service work (just oil changes), no door dings, no interior imperfections - it's ready to go! It has been a great car. Purchase outright at $37,000 (that's what I owe) or take over the lease payments of $590 + tax per month for the remaining 20 months. Southern California (Riverside) area. Color = Flint Mica / Light Gray interior
Options = AWD, Navigation w/reverse camera, Premium Plus package, Preferred Accessory package, heated front seats, rain-sensing wipers, chrome 18" rims
Accessories = Lexus OEM mudguards (not pictured)

I've had a few e-mails regarding the payoff price vs. the book value. The payoff for this car is $37,000, and the KBB retail price is $37,750. The original MSRP (including the dealer MSRP for the chrome rims) was $46,000.
