Been a CL member and reader for a few months now but never gotten around to posting ... well, now I have an excuse!

I'm trading up to a GS and, sadly, as a result, it's time to let my baby go. It's a '97 ES300, black-on-grey (not often seen and IMO much nicer looking than the black-on-tan). No accidents or collisions, ever - I'm the second owner of the vehicle, which I bought in 2000 from a show car owner, and I've babied it - super clean and I have all the maintenance records. Asking price is $7,900 - the car is paid off and I have title in hand.

Here are the specs (completely stock - no aftermarket mods):

• 1997 ES 300 - 129,xxx miles
• Automatic tranny w/overdrive
• Full leather in great shape - absolutely no cracks or tears, looks almost new
• Nearly every factory option including:
  * 6-disc factory CD changer (in glove box)
  * Power driver seat w/2-position memory
  * Heated front seats
  * Traction control
  * Power moonroof
  * Tilt leather steering wheel
  * Even the carpeted trunk mat!
• Tires new at 105k - about 70% tread remaining
• Full service records including synthetic oil changes every 5k miles, regular maintenance, and more.

Edmunds values for this car with this mileage (in 'good' condition, and believe me, it's better) are $7,900 (private party) and $9,800 (dealer). NADA book value is $9,050 ('average retail').

Nice car. My sis has almost the EXACT some one. It's a '99 with the same colors/options. I'm sure you should have no prob selling it. That grey interior is gorgeous!
