Why are all these cars on the east coast?!

The title is clear on the car. I believe one of the fenders was repainted because the sticker is not there, otherwise I do not know. I am not the original owner, the carfax for the car says no accidents and is clear of anything bad. This is a great car for this price, way below any book.
