FS: 92' lexus sc400. so-cal LA. $3500 OBO not running needs minor work

helping a friend sell a project 1992 black lexus sc400.
THE GOOD:
new motor with currently about 70k mi.,99' tan interior(no rips or cracks), 99' taillights(right side is slightly cracked), lowered on espelir springs and tokico blue shocks, jbl spkr. components, will include starion 16" alloys.
THE BAD:
the car is not currently running. 300k on chassis. burnt dash harness and inner fuse box(complete dash with harness is included along with a new inner fuse box), needs harness and fuse box installed, needs a new driver side window regulator, front and rear bumpers need paint. needs tires.

the car is at my friends shop and will need to be towed. the shop is in los angeles, ca. no pics but can show u the car in person. the car body is straight. email me for more info and leave your contact info at DjFURYous1@hotmail.com ...thank you
