Default FS: 2002 RX300 AWD Lease - $1400 incentive (Michigan)

I am trying to get out of my lease by giving it to somebody else on our 02' RX300. We have 9 months left on the lease. The car has approx 52k miles on it, and we drive it 300-500 miles a week. Maint. has been kept up on it. We are paying $586.xx a month for it. I am offering $1400 for anybody who is willing to take over the lease. The lease allowance on mileage is up to 80k miles - so this is particularly good for somebody who wants to drive a lot. I know I am a new member here on CL, however, you can check my ebay feedback (username vp911). I am also a moderator over at www.acurazine.com so that may give me a little more respect . Feel free to PM me if you have questions. I know that Toyota Financial charges a $45 fee for this process and I will, of course pay it.

Did you ever call them up and ask what the buyout is on the vehicle?? It may be benificial to just buy it out and sell it. If you find out the price, i'd suggest posting that up here and seeing if someone wants to buy it for that. Just remember that if you buy it out, you need to pay sales tax on the buyout amount (at least that is the case in NY).

No worries, I made a deal with my local lexus dealer and I am trading it in for a new RX in about 30 minutes.
