Last chance for Club Lexus members before I post on ebay and/or take it to Carmax. Great car, you won't be disappointed. Today's pictures with the factory rims on.

I've been watching this thread. Too bad timing is off...I'm planning on buying another SC around June. Your car looks awesome...kinda sad to see it go to carmax. Hopefully whoever buys it will take good care of it like you did.

Default i would buy it but the price is a little high

Not that it's over priced. It's just to high for me right now. I'd also have to pay to do the AT/MT swap.
Good luck with the sale.

This car doesn't need the AT/MT swap. Just throw in the BL upgraded tranny for 1800 bucks and you're set.

I got a totaled 97 SC300 Turbo in my driveway. I'm going to do a full swap. It has a Getrag. Can't just let all those parts go to waste. Got to turbo! I don't think anyone will give me much for the salvage anyway. So I'm going to do another Turbo 6 Speed SC.

Mint black on black SC3, pre-97 engine, very low mileage, no prior accidents, full service records, new supra suspension components. Just add a single turbo of your choice and the car will still cost under 18K. Or just leave it the way it is.

NADA has the car appraised conservatively for $15,550...

Still for sale. Some potential buyers are coming this Sunday if anyone in the So CA would like to schedule a time with me (it's not suppose to rain).

Do you still have the stock exhaust for the car? I may be interested if this other one I am looking at falls through...

Yup, still got the factory dual mufflers and the original springs/struts. But the tanabe full cat-back rocks, better then the apexi's I've used on my honda's and 240. 2.5" piping, significant power gains.

Car is still available!

Have to vent about this whole process...
I don't understand some people. If you're "very interested" and agree w/ the price, why not come with cash to pay for it when you come to see it?

Seriously, I have so many inquiries that leads to nothing. If you like the car, ok with the price, have the MONEY to pay for the car, contact me.

hey lexforlife,

i definitely want the transaction to be smooth as possible, protecting both of our interests. but we gotta get a stronger dialogue established.

ebanks is leaning towards the car now. it's all fair game to me, but i like how he's being proactive about it. i'll do everything that i can on my side; drive it to the shipping port, get it viewed by a trusted friend in CA, whatever is reasonable to get the transaction done.

once i get a deposit, the car is secured to that party.
