didnt EI get in trouble for importing the EVO's. i remember them having a shop out in Santa Ana next to the 55 with r32 and 33 skyline.

i think its good for someone thats not in cali to buy. as i understand AZ and FL has very lenient laws regarding JDM cars.

 

What makes them illegal?
Cant be licenced and smogged in Cali?

im sure with enough money you can get it registered for cali.

to my knowledge that the car must have a US counterpart. yes SC3 and SC4 is close but one is a NA 3L I6 and one is a V8. im sure the CHP would notice that you have a hairdryer under your hood. im sure theres way around everything. but as for straight up the answer i would like to give is No it cant be registered in Cali without major cash dumping.

another way i think you can do it is just register it in AZ or FL, then bring it to cali. now its registering a car out of state not out of country.

a lot of people that knows the secret to this but they seem to like to keep it to themselves.

i know for a fact that integras and civics are the easiest to do because they're already named civic and integra. i think its just the Xbrace in teh doors, maybe windows, tires. most of the money spent to register is in teh fees paid to CARB, EPA, DOT. they're all there to make money.

let say that a soarer is around 10-15 and another 5-10 to register it. thats anywhere from 15-25K
its would be a lot cheaper to just build a 1jz sc300 with all the icing on teh cake then buying a jdm soarer. but its rhd so it has extra JDM COOL POINTS.

I see you never imported anything automotive related so normal response to something you don’t understand is to say illegal. If the DOT paper work if filed and epa paperwork is filed and customs clears it, how you say its illegal.
See you don’t even know what forms are filled out when you import cause if you did you will know that the numbers on the car has to be entered into the paperwork.

im a real scam artist thats why i have 8 JDm cars here under 1 roof and one them is a 5 sp 94 soarer that can be seen.say what you want but i can put you in to contact with customers that have gotten there cars

Read where I said just because you have the cars doesn't make them legal. Why don't you list your street adress? Why aren't you registered with the BBB? People that have gotten their cars? So what? I can list tons of people that got nothing but the shaft from you.
