MODS Please close the AD

I just bought my wife the new RX330. I decided not to trade it in because a very close friend of mine has a interest in the car. Last night it all changed because his Loan did not get approve.
I decided to post it up here first and see if any one is Interested.

1999 GS400 77xxx miles
Originaly owned by my Wife's Company President.
This car is fully loaded with every thing. From premiun sound system to Spoiler, Factory 16Inch Alloy Wheels and brand new Michelin Pilot all around. Less then 3k miles on the tires. Heated seats, HID etc....
My wife is been driving the car since the past 5 years.
Every single service on the car from day 1 is only been done @ local lexus dealer in Houston including every 5k service.
The car recently got the 75k service done and needs nothing.
Lexus dealer offered me $14200 for the trade in when I purchased the RX.
I am going to list it for $15000 because according to the dealer this car can qualify for CPO in a heartbeat.
The GS is in Excellent condition only stayed in covered parking and garage.
Never been involved in any crash or accident.
