I'm selling my 2001 LS430 Ultra Luxury Sedan. The car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic shape. It has the 'Ultra Luxury' package ($10k premium in 2001). The leather is in great shape with no rips or tears. Car has 75k miles on it, new tires, mobile 1 oil, and very clean. Options on this car include; adjustable ride height, rear radio & temperature controls, recling and massaging rear seats, rear window shades, perferated heated and cooled leather seats in front, and heated rear.

It also has Lexus Park Assist, adaptive radar cruise control, adjustible sport suspension, 14 way adjustible driver seat, navigation, mark leviston 6 cd sound system. Basically, every conceivable option is on this car. It even has the crystal pearl paint with dark wood interior.

Recently added JL Audio Sub in place of factory, chrome exhaust tips, and 2004+ Tail Light update.

No. I've seen many LS's with the grey woodgrain that aren't UL's.

Actually, I think this wood color was only available on the UL models from 2001-2003. It maybe an option on 2004-2007 models however.

yep, I bought mine 1 and half ago for 44K with 40K miles on it... paid 4K tax too!!! and I sold it for 48K.
