2jz-gte is what came in lexus's non turbo ppl convert them to turbo , 1jz-gte is thw twin turbo like in a supra .

this is the 5th sc i did and 5 2jzgte gs,and owned 7 mkiv supras,now has 3. 2 at home and one at the shop to get a widebody, so i know a little about 1j,2j.

this is also wrong...the Lexus SC300 N/A has a 2JZ-GE engine. This is a non-turbo engine. The Toyota Soarer (JDM equivalent) came with the 1JZ-GTE engine found in the MKIII Supra. This is a twin turbo, 6 cyl engine. Swapping in this 1JZ-GTE Twin Turbo engine is the most common engine swap for the SC, because it is a near direct drop in (since it is factory in the JDM version).

The 2JZ-GTE is the MKIV Supra Turbo engine. It came twin turbo also, but was never found in a Toyota Soarer.

1JZ-GTE does not mean 1 turbocharger, and 2JZ-GTE does not mean 2 turbochargers. The 1 and the 2 are designators for generation of engine. The 2JZ-GTE is a newer engine than the 1JZ-GTE and subsequently is more powerful.

does the car have a lsd? How is the interior? any rips or stains?

The paint looks fresh in the pictures, is there any body damage or major scratches?

the car is resprayed 2 years ago,no body damage,yes there is little scratches in the front bumper not major.and there is rip in the back on the drivers seat (see pic)no lsd
