This car has been "babied" from day 1 under my ownership. It has only seen Lexus dealers for it's maintenance with a complete service record. The car gets treated to a "mini-detail wax" performed at AJ's in San Jose every 2 weeks. It is hardly driven and most of the time just sits in the garage since I have a commuter car. It currently has 58k babied miles with a meticulous "dealer only" upkeep records.

Mileage is posted on the last paragraph, " It currently has 53k babied miles with a meticulous "dealer only" upkeep records."

This was purchased as a CPO from Lexus of Serramonte in Colma, Daly City and it has been under my ownership for a little over 1 yr. Thank you.

I'm anticipating additional monthly obligations with the business I'm about to start so I want to "downgrade" on my car payment but not necessarily the brand. I have a 98-00 LS400 in mind. Thank you.

Thanks for the bump. And the best thing is that this car is still covered under the CPO warranty (another 2 yrs up to 100k miles) of worry free driving.

I don't believe Lexus CPO warranties are transferable to any subsequent owner.

CPO warranties are definately not transferable. I work for a Lexus Dealership here in Houston and have asked if CPO warranties are transferable. And the answer was "NO"! I wish you could!!!

AUGuy21/kilawatts - Good info! Thanks for pointing that out. I did not know it was not transferable. Lexus charges a premium for Certifying a used car and you would think any manufacturer for that matter would allow it to be transferred. Edit to post done. Thank you.

anyway to find out how much to get the extended warranty? I believe that is transferrable to the new owner.
