1993 GS300 with 19's and body kit
up for sale is my 93 gs300. i purchased the car from a member "blacksc400" not too long ago and ever since i've done some modifications to it. when i purchased the car, it had 142,000 miles i think and now it reads 159,179 miles. i rarely drive this car because i've also got an sc300 and another daily driven suv. just to let you know, this car has 'salvaged' title and i know i'll be losing a lot from the modifications i've done when i get rid of it. the car has no problem what so ever except for the normal 'engine' light being on due to a dirty or defective egr valve. as you know, this is a common problem on
1st gen gs but it does not affect the car's normal driving conditions at all. i've had a 1996 before and i'd always had the engine light "on" and the car never broke down on me what so ever. maybe i was lucky. it is not a major problem at all with the egr valve but of course it needs to be replaced in the long run. some members here have had them cleaned and never experienced the check engine light being "on" again.
all in all, this car runs excellent with no problem what so ever. had oil changed every 3000 miles with mobil 1 synthetic. i recently replaced the radiator due to a small crack on the old one. i have the reciept for that repair as well.
THE MODS:
when i purchased the car from 'blacksc400', it had the original blue color which was not too common. according from seller, the car has been repainted with the same color but it never looked great. i saw lots of orange peel and so i decided to gave it a makeover.
EXTERIOR:
-junction produce front bumper with original fogs
-junction produce 3-piece wing
-admiration rear full bumper
-erebuni side skirts
-inspection front grille
-rear roof wing
-jdm aristo rear garnish
-jdm window visors
-jdm headlights with e46 projector retrofit and hid kit
-BRAND NEW PAINT JOB WITH SMOKE GRANITE MICA (paid $3500.00 to fix all dings, scratches, and other inperfections and installed body kit). you must see to appreciate the color because the pics dont do justice at all !!
EXHAUST:
-bolt on magnaflow stainless steel exhaust mufflers with 3" tip
SUSPENSION:
-jdm coil overs (not sure of what brand)
INTERIOR:
-gray interior with some normal tear and wear on both front seats and
on top of rear seat
-stock radio with tape player
WHEELS:
-jdm and super rare SR VIENNA DISH (purchased from a good CL friend "acleansc" a while back and fits nicely. sizes are:
front: 19x8.5 with +30 offset with 235/35/19
rear: 19x10 with +29 offset with 245/35/19
the tires are nearly new with 90% thread left on them. with the offset mentioned above, the TOYO PROXES T1R tires are stretched. no rubbing what so ever on all sides of the fenders. the wheels are in nearly perfect condition except for some slight knicks on three of them located on the edge of the lip. however, there are no curb rashes nor major dents at all...guaranteed!
