It is time to let go of my project, sad but true.
By doing a search you can find many comments on my project and the results.
Bottom line it is a daily driver, reliable with all the mods everyone talks about. The engine is at 4.9 liters, heads were port matched, cams were cleaned up and installed with the intakes 3 degrees retarded for better cylinder fill rates due to higher piston speeds at the point of valve opening, ECU upgrade, Headders, 2.5 inch exhaust throughout, including cats, the largets "Red" Supra sway bars front and back, limited slip differential, high speed torque convertor, 65 lbs fuel pump with pressure regulator, BFI intake mod, wheels are ADR 9" in front 10's in the back, new springs with 3/4 drop and new shocks. Synthetics used in all lubrication, engine, trans, rear end. Oil filter relocated due to front sway bar install. Dyno 240 RWHP Also have manuals.
Net driving experience is fun, much more torque than stock, easily spins the wheels, rain can be a little scary, but still fun.
Recently new radiator and AC unit, really pumps out the cold air, new timing belt, new Idle adjustment valve. Front control arms were replaced by lexus.
Has minor front lip marks, minor paint dings, leather is fine for its age.
Passes California smog only becuase they can not see the headers, at idle it runs as clean or cleaner than stock.
What would I do next.
First big brake install. Next would be a new ECU or one of the piggy back models. This might free up as much as 20-30 HP becuase it runs rich now at top end.
Nitrous should work wonders on this combination, but only if you have a controlable ECU.
Otherwise a supercharger if you are out of the state of California, or new cams if you are in California. The 9.6 compression ratio will allow a lot of boost, as well as the dished Tundra pistons.
Someone should be ready to make this a real screamer.
Price for all this is the first $7,500.

One of the reason I have to give up my car is because of time.
Photos will be posted as soon as I can get it detailed, black SC400 always look good cleaned up.

for anyone wondering about the motor:
from https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?p=826897 page 2
My 4.9 liters was made by using Tundra Pistons in a stock SC400 block with custom steel sleeves made for the larger tundra piston.
The was no additional stroke used, some head combustion chamber work was done adding minor volume. This combination netted a static compression ratio of 9.6 -1, down from stock of 10-1, mainly becuase the tundra piston is dished where as the stock SC piston is flat with valve cut outs. The Tundra piston was also shaved 40,000ths to make everything work
The Tundra motor is the same as our SC motors just the block is cast iron instead of aluminum.
