Must sell 1996 SC300 Deltona FL
I purchased this car 9-23-05 to get ready for a first car for my daughter. At the time I bought it I never considered such things as insurance costs for first time driver and the fact that it is probably too much car for a teenage driver. When I bought it they only gave me a key and that is it! I had 2 more keys made and purchased 2 keyfobs and programmed them. I also bought all new chrome emblems to replace the gold ones. I had to install a new antenna mast (which works fine but makes noise at the end of the up stroke) I changed the spark plugs (that was interesting) and serviced the car. My wife drove it for about a week and it wouldn't start, replaced the ecm with a rebuilt one and all has been well. I bought the car with 95,496 miles and it now has 110,196. I put drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads on it. I have the factory rims with good tread on tires. I have 18" R-Tech rims with Nankang Ultra Sport NS II 245/40 R18
When I bought this car I purchased an extended warranty which expires 9-23-2007. I have repainted the hood, front bumper, trunk and rear bumper. I noticed today a peel spot on the roof in the clear
. This car is mechanically excellent and has very few cosmetic issues. The interior is nice considering age. Just recently I noticed the power tilt has quit working. It does not have heated seats or traction control. I paid $11,532.15
and put alot of time and money into it since. This is a great running car and I will stand behind it. I have 4 vehicles on my policy and this one has to go. Daughter wont get right with us so she cant have it. The reason for such a long post is because the Moderator is allowing it providing I give a detailed description due to my post count.
