sad day
I think it's kinda sad how little modded cars get attention, and how we take a beating on the mods on the car. I know on mine I am a little too high on the price, but for whats in the car I know its a steal. Good luck with the sale!

if only the newb or are looking to buy would realize its cheaper to buy a fully modded car a abit over book then to buy at book and do all the mods
my list is extensive and costed me upwards of 20k and i did all work myself , add labor to it and you are up to 24-25k easily
potential buyers , buy my car you will have a completed product ready to enjoy and show

I had my car for sale fully modded AND with a supercharger and I still couldn't sell it for $16,000 . I ended up parting it out and and making a LOT more than I would have selling it complete. Yeah it's a PITA, but for an additional $4000 it is well worth it
Good Luck for an awesome looking car

i am resisitiing that urge to part it out because i have spent so much time and effort to build , i just cant take looking at it in close to stock form knowing where it came from modded
i really would prefer if someone took it like it is

Good luck with your car man, I know how you feel as I've also recently put my car up for sell. Although, I'm not in a hurry to sell at the moment, it does look like when I am, I'll have to go the parting route.
It's going to be a PITA, but it is what it is.

Just traded in my 99 GS tried to sell it and had no takers so I parted it out and traded it in when all is said and done I will be getting close to 20,000. I highly recommend parting it out if your looking to get quick cash. If not stick it out you will find a buyer.

I'm So Upset...
I have just been too busy to pay attention to this site lately. Lexforlife, I would have bought your car as it stood, and paid what you wanted for it all intact. Any of you want to sell your GS with your mods, I would gladly discuss an offer with you. I am the proud owner of two GS400's and just lack the time to put this all together myself, but I do have the money to buy one!
