I have a 1993 Red Toyota Supra Twin Turbo 6 Spd Hard top. The car is a genuine JDM - RHD vehicle from Japan titled and registered in the United States. I'd like to trade for an LS430, preferrably white w/ mid to low miles. The Supra is lightly modded with basic BPU's and has approximately 77,000 Kilometers which equates to approx 44k miles.
sorry, i already have a GS which i was planning on boosting. Funny thing is I was searching for 2JZ engines when i came upon the Supra and ended up buying it.
What is the VIN number assigned to it in the states?
Not saying this one is, but many 'legally' imported JDM vehicles showing up along the West Coast of the USA have been imported through BC, Canada where they up until a few months ago, imports got a 17digit VIN number assigned to them and riveted to the body. Because of this a number of these vehicles have been able to sneak into the USA as Canadian vehicles circumventing the USA 25yr foreign import restriction. Not really legally imported at all and could be seized.
Just a heads up to do your homework before buying any import that made its way around the 25yr rule to make sure it was done right.
I swear this is the one i've seen at yogurtland. Clean car and very competitive price, You see USDM supra's with more miles selling for the same price.

not a 17 digit canadian vin. Mine was reg'd IN the states.
I assume so, i also had these concerns before purchasing but was not able to track prior to US registrations so as far as I'm concerned, yes clean title no accidents.
