Car has been sold for a couple weeks now.
I still have the car, Buyer won't pick up.
He wanted to get a refund due to a personal health issues, I believe He is selling it now. My attempts to contact him are not very successfull. I heard from a couple people my car pictures were up in another post, Please send me a link via PM if you see it thank you. Needless to say it is not me selling it.

I called the buyer everyday to find out when pay pal the funds would clear and when they would pick up the car and at the end got an e-mail saying they were sick of me calling. (payp pal had started an investigation for the dollar amount beinghigh, It is not settled) I don't get it, I just want the car out of my driveway, The car they paid for... I am just waiting... I hope it is not some kind of a scam.

at least you still have the car, it cant be a big scam if the money dont clear dont give them the car even you dont want it in your driveway...

It is on e-bay, the new owner is listing it on e-bay. The car is still in my driveway. The payment has been cleared from thenew owner. He / She owns the car now. I believe they are selling it because he needs to have an operation and would like to sell the car to fund his operation. The car was never picked up from me I believe he is planning on having the perspective buyer pick it up from here. But that is all up the him.

I technicaly do not own the car anymore. I believe he is in this forums well under the name sinistersc. Best would be contact him or his girlfriend via e-bay.
