Looks like a pretty good deal here.
Carfax looks clean. Look like it was a comercial leased vehicle that went to auction. Recent service (12/17/07) at www.countylinelexus.com for recommended maintenace.

I dont have the CARFAX...but its squeeky clean and I can provide the VIN for anyone interested in checking it.
I'm not the original owner...I purchased the car 11 months ago...upgraded to something I couldnt afford at that point and I have all the maintenance records since I took ownership.
At $15k its a steal. I just need to get rid of it as I have enough to worry about and dont want to make two car payments anymore.

if you don't own the car, how does the purchase process work? who has the title? and how long would it take to acquire it?

2) Buyer gives cash payment price to bank.
3) Bank takes what's owed on the car and deposits remainder of funds into sellers account.
4) Bank releases the title.
It's actually very painless and only takes 15-20 minutes at a good bank.

Sorry I havent been answering questions. The 90k service wasnt not done...new owner would need to do the service along with brakes in order to get it mechanically perfect.
I am in south florida..north miami to be exact.
Unfortunatly the bank is out of state which makes it a little difficult - so as soon as I locate a buyer I will request a deposit to make sure they are serious and then go ahead and pay off the lien on the vehicle after which the bank will send me a clean title that I can provide to the buyer in exchange for the rest of the purchase price. It takes about 5-7 days turnaround to pay the lien off and get title on hand. Possibly quicker if i call them and have them overnight the title...havent gotten that far yet but I have 3 interested buyers so it will probably be gone within 10 days in case anyone is interested and wants to jump on it.
Forgot to mention, the lien company holds title in florida until it is paid and then send to the owner once the loan is paid off.

Not being a skeptic here, but could you just pay the lien and have the title ready?? Because well honestly, I want this car but the wife and I are weary of giving a deposit to a private seller to clear the lien.
Also the fact that I am in Oklahoma sucks too....

I'm the owner of Ultrabrightlights.com...there are plenty of members on CL that have purchased from me over the years. Perfect feedback on Ebay..amazon..You can check the company on sunbiz.org that i am the owner. Been selling HID's for 7 years so I have lots of credebility across many forums on the internet. I just cant afford to pay the loan off and not have the money available to me if the buyer changes their mind over the coarse of the 7 days it takes to get the title back. If someone is serious about buying it...i'm serious about selling it.
Cliffud, sorry i wasnt available. Please leave a message if I dont pick up and I will give you a call right back.
