No IS 250 RWDs in Jersey but....
Here's a loaded one that may have been a special order fall through.

$41K is the list price.
In the ad on the dealer's home page the dealer has a discount price on that car but you have to call.
Maybe that car can be bought for $35K.Most likely $36-$36.5K.The dealer probably kept the deposit for that special order fall through too.
There aren't too many RWDs or 6sp in the northeast.
That's got to be the only one equipped like that for few hundred square miles.

Mats and wheel locks bring it to $38400.
Special Order RWD,especially a 6SP cars just don't sell in Jersey.The dealer can get stuck with it.I don't blame a dealer for keeping a deposit on this car.
Small print or maybe a non refundable deposit written right on the bill.

Maybe it has laser cruise too? Or maybe it's Sport Pkg not X Pkg?
When I picked up my car, the dealer had an AWD listing for $44K on the showroom floor--$10K worth of options, but still no Lux Pkg, so it could have gone up to $46K.
