Default For Sale 2006 IS350, Lux Pkg, ML, Tint, and more.
I have a silver on black IS350. It has the luxury package with ml, gfx front spoiler, rear spoiler. All the windows have been tinted with 20% film. Perfect condition except for a few rock chips. The car has about 29.2k on it. Asking $29.9k. Will throw in a custom fit car cover.

Yep; just like houses, new owners typically owe more than they are worth due to imediate depreciation of the cars. I see several 06' IS350's selling for 25K-28K with less than 40K miles. I know they owe more than that on them! So just like houses if you are desperate and they are priced right, its gone in a day.

Unlike houses cars have a book that values them and last time I checked the book is still a standard.

EXACTLY! If your upset its not selling - play the market and lower the price. If you don't mind waiting; hang on and see how it goes. Either way - Nice ride!
