you might want to part your car and sell your car as stock to get more money. Your TTE lip will sell like HOT CAKE...trust me, people line up for that lip.
It's hard to sell 99 GS300 w/ 140k miles these days. With $12K (maybe plus couple thousands dollar more) people will get GS400 instead.
