Can this car pass California visual inspection? Is it street legal for California?

How much money are you looking to get for it?

Do you have pictures of the damage it had? If not, what was damaged?

What year 1JZ engine does it have?

I'm in Orange County.

chasis is 149k
motor approximately 90k
18x9.5 with 265/35x18 F/R
