Lease Take-over. 2008 IS250, loaded.
I have a 2008 Lexus IS250, that was special ordered from Lexus. It has every single option available including; Luxury package, headlight washers, Pre-collision/radar cruise, mark levinson audio and navigation. Yes, a 250 with Mark Levinson! I was recently let go from my job, and i cant afford this car anymore. Im looking to have someone take over my lease. There is about 2 and a half years left in my lease, and the payment is $403 a month. Original sticker for this car is $44,550, i have the sticker to prove it! 
I put about $5k down on this car back in feburary. This car is practically brand new, only 3100 miles on it!
The car has some really nice mods on it! These include: black pearl emblems, eibach pro-kit lowering springs (it was professionally aligned too!), wheel spacers (10mm front and 15mm rear), diamond audio amp and kicker sub, polarg bulbs everywhere, HD Radio, OEM iPod kit, Suntek Window tint (10%, 15%, and 35%), and more!
Here's the deal. I would like to have someone take over the lease, in their name, and give me $4000 in cash (negotiable). The mods on this car alone are worth a lot. Plus, you get an amazing car, practically brand new, for $403 a month!
Currently the buyout is $34,167.97, and the buyout at the end of the 36 month lease (with 32 months left to go) is $25,345.05.
