I purchased this vehicle in October of 2007 from Hollywood Motorcars located in Hollywood Florida. It was a one-owner car that was dealer maintained and had a clean Carfax Report. After much research, this was the nicest 1998 I could find with the “preferred” color combination. Shortly after my father sees my Lexus he decides to buy his own, although he springs for a new one! My father was trading in his 2000 BMW 5-Series, but I made an offer to buy the car from him for what the dealer was offering him in trade-in value. Long story short – I was able to obtain my father’s BMW for a price I could not refuse! Now I have four (4) cars: 2004 Honda Odyssey; 1990 Mazda RX-7 convertible; 2000 BMW 5-series; and my 1998 Lexus LS 400.

I believe this car was on Ebay not too long ago (IIRC).

Most likely listed by the guys at Hollywood. Nice looker... good luck with sale.

Hello,

Car has yet to sell so I am considering "expanding" my audience to ebay or Autotrader but do not want to violate the rules of Club Lexus. Please advise. Also, keep in mind, there is a significant (more than $2k) price job if someone is interested in purchasing this vehicle with the "stock" Lexus premium system in place.

Thanks. Good thing I do not work in marketing because I have yet to sell this car! Interior is mint. System is as described in original e-mail. Keep in mind, there is a significant price drop (over $2k) if you opt for the car with just the factory "stock" Lexus audio system. I would rather sell it with the aftermarket sytem, but I am interested in selling the car.

And $10,000 is more like the price of the car WITHOUT the existing system in it. I would have the original Lexus stereo re-installed to entertain such an offer.
