1996 SC300 5spd Black/Black T61 NA-T LOWERED PRICE
I got this car in March 2005 with 86k miles on it, stock. I turbo'd it one year ago. It now has about 120k on it, and about 82k on the new motor. I love this car so much and it's my first project car, so it's very very hard for me to let it go. I'm still in college and maintaining a NA-T is getting to be way too expensive. I want to get something better on gas and cheaper to maintain. Almost all the miles I've put on it are highway because I travel between Massachusetts (home) and Michigan (school), and I've been commuting two hours a day to work this summer.
I have driven this car daily since I got it. I have not gotten into an accident with it, and the carfax is clean. I do all the work on it myself. I changed the oil every 3k miles with synthetic oil. Timing belt was done at 100k. I melted some pistons 2 months ago cause I tried to run 11psi on pump with stock compression, so I bought a motor out of a 95 GS300 with 85k to put in. I stripped it down to just the block, pistons, and crank and swapped everything onto it. The only GS parts in the motor now are the block, pistons, crank, and head. I used a stock Supra TT head gasket with the rebuild. I have put about 10k into this car and I want someone to take good care of my baby!!
Currently it is running at 10psi. I have been extremely careful with the tranny. I do drive it fast every once in a while, but thats what I built this car to do. When I do drive fast, I am easy with it. Roll into throttle, never revving and dumping the clutch. I've never even done a burnout.
