66,XXX well maintained miles
For those of you who dont know what the Ultra Luxury adds, here's a quick summary:
Sometimes, plain ol' luxury isn't enough. So Lexus has an ultra luxury package for its flagship sedan, the 2004 LS 430. Don't want to fumble with keys to get the car open and started? It's no problem, because the ultra luxury package includes no-key-needed security access for the LS 430. A driver has the Lexus SmartAccess fob or wallet card in a pocket or purse and then touches the outside door handle. Voila! Then, again without the key, the driver can turn the ignition switch, and the car starts. Get ready for a pampered ride. The ultra luxury package adds air suspension and height control to the already smooth, unfettered ride of the LS 430.
Rear-seat riders sit on climate-controlled, warm/cool seats. They enjoy a rear air conditioner with an optical deodorizer that uses ultraviolet light and a special filter that kills mold and bacteria. All this "ultra luxury," by the way, is in addition to the new-for-2004 front and rear styling on the LS 430, the car's first-ever six-speed automatic transmission and more safety features.
Starting manufacturer's suggested retail price, including destination charge, is $56,000 for the 2004 LS 430. The optional ultra luxury package is more than the price of some small cars -- $13,570 -- and includes several other high-tech systems such as rear camera, Bluetooth communication technology and radar cruise control.
Car also features heated/cooled seats, navigation, suede headliners, and soft closing doors. Car is perfect except a 2 inch scratch on the trunk and a scratch on the rear bumper. If anyones interested, i can get close up pictures of the damage. Please feel free to PM or call me at 404-428-3170. Car is located in Atlanta Georgia. Asking $26,500 obo

Yea it has all that... 2004 UL's came with the 17 inch wheels, and in 2005 and 2006 80% of the LS430's came with the 18 inch wheels.

It is UL since it does have air suspension.
But how come there is no cutout on the lower grill for the laser cruise sensor?
And like Salil022 said, I don't see the memory seat controls for the rear.
