thank you all for the support. so far i have two offers. my lex dealership offered 15,000 and a friend said he would give $16,000. since i owe 19,500 presently i would have to request something a little closer to the 19,500 but if its this time next month i may be willing to negotiate some.

 

just fyi i listed it on autotrader yesterday morning for $19,750 and that seems pretty competitive especially since its a UL and the only other 2 UL's were over 300 miles away from the DC Baltimore area.

still not interested in parting it out at this time, but if i do then it would go to a 'friend' and if you are asking yourself if you are that 'friend' then you are probably not. thanks for checking out the car though.
