1992 sc400 NEED TO GO !!! someone take it ...

up for sale is my beloved 1992 sc400, aka CLEANSC4 that used to own it.
i purchased the car from previous member last year of 2009. car drives exceptionally well with a new engine and tranny that has less than 40,000.
no leaks what so ever on the motor. all electronics work.
MODS EXTERIOR:
-full A/C kit
-1997-2000 tail lights
-full hid kit on both headlights and foglights
-VERTEX hood lip (make the wipers disappear) nice mod
-VERTEX front fenders
-full glass high beam lens (instead of plastic)
-2000 upgraded front windshield (has the sun shade on top)
-clear bra on full bumper, side mirrors and door *****
-custom led blinkers on side fenders by previous owner (check cardomain.com to see video clip)
-custom blue led's installed on both bottom sides of the side skirts (you have to see it person)
-1997-2000 rear spoiler
-AUTO COUTURE rear badge
MODS INTERIOR:
-full black interior upgrade including front/rear seats/door panels/dash board/center console
-only in the USA with rear SOARER seats with headrest (very ogirinal) no tears on all seats
-rear center carpet divider with soarer emblem (very original)

-GREDDY MX full exhaust (very nice sound and had been discontinued)

-10inch pioneer air subwoofer (hits hard and decent)

WHEELS:
-WORK VS-XX WHEELS IN BURNING BLACK (custom made)
one wheels curb rash . all wheels are straight and
includes locks and key.
19X8 front AND 19X10 rear with falken tires up front, and toyo proxes in rear
THE GOOD:
body is straight, well taken care of. no dings but few minor scratches espclly
on front bumper due to scrapping on the bottom. clean title, not salvaged.
a/c is ice cold, interior is immaculate. seats have no tear ...so far. rear seats are like new condition. just recently passed smog with ease. all electronics work.
THE BAD:
need to replace either harness or both knock sensors. check engine light is "on" with code 55. if you need to find out more infos, just search around here on how to get it fixed. i am assuming it's just the harness that needs changing but i cud be wrong. i got quoted for less than 800.00 for parts and labor if you prefer to change both knock sensors and harness, unless you want to do it yourself. i lowered the original price $1000.00 less due to this problem. car can't pass 4000rpm due to knock sensor problem but it drives fine anywhere you go. it will start bogging once you reach above 4k rpm, which is normal, cuz that's what knock sensors do. it retards your timing safely to avoid further damage on the engine. i drive the car everyday with this problem but unfortunately, i dont have time to get it fixed and so the price of the car is 1000.00 less.
also, center console needs new bracket that holds the climate control and radio (THIS HAS BEEN FIXED !!!)
climate control background light is also gone, only the control lights work. everything else lights up and bulbs had been changed to super white LED'S. the factory volume **** had broke but i have a spare one in handy.
like mentioned, one of the wheels have curb rash, but no dents. it does not leak air or anything. the rest of the wheels are in great shape.
CONCLUSION:
i am still open for trades. looking a 4 door sedan with equal value. i can't afford to put any money with trade. straight trade is what im looking for.
a few people here have seen and drove the car and i am sure they can vouch for me.
