absolutely beautiful..and yes you can title an R33 in the states, but it takes a bit more than an R32, but well worth it IMO especially for such a clean skyline..if my car was worth more and wasnt being stripped of the turbo this weekend, I would offer a trade. GLWS
Can this car be registered in the us? I believe only the r32 can b so far.
Actually it's only the R33! R32 and R34's are still considered grey market vehicles and are not federalized. Although, some got through the cracks and may have got tagged before the whole Motorx thing. Look up MotorX, they really did a number on skyline importing.

No, the R32 can be registered..I have a friend here locally that is registered in TX, plates, tags, inspections etc..and insured through Allstate, regular full coverage.
Is it federalized? There are several states that have loopholes in greymarket vehicle registreaion, even California. However, if they are not federalized vehicles, they run the risk of being seized. Now the odds of that happening, no one really knows.
I had an r33 gts-t before I got my gs430. I loved that car so much. Mine had a title so insurance/registration was nothing. Federalizing a skyline is next to impossible now a days so having it 100% legit or driving this car in Cali is 99% never going to happen. But if you're ok living on the wild side, everyone should own a JDM car at one point.
Honestly, I miss that feeling of my heart racing when a Florida DOT trooper would pass me on the other side of the road.
