99 GS300, high miles
So I've decided to let go of the lexus and get a truck...so here we go:
1999 Lexus GS300, pearl white
207,xxx miles
Completely factory minus stereo
New stuff:
4 new tires at 200k
Timing belt/water pump at 200k
New ball joints and tie rod ends w/alignment 01/2010 ($450)
New upper control arms 02/2010 ($400)
New Kenwood cd player with USB hookup ($260)
5000k HID low beams ($60)
The bad:
Front right wheel speed sensor needs to be replaced
Theres a short in the trunk that keeps the brake light in the dash on (nothing wrong with the brakes themselves)
Drivers side front door lock actuator is out
As expected from a car with 207k miles on it, it has its fair share of dings, and the arm rest leather is cracked very badly.
The car is mechanically sound, and the interior is actually in not-bad shape for the age and miles. It was smoked in previously, but there is no odor.
on to the pics:
Asking price to start: $4900
My vouch will be posting shortly

Well I took my cash and went to purchase a 72 monte carlo, all done out, and supposed FL car with no rust yada yada... I get there, this thing had new trunk floor and all floor pans replaced all rust covered with mud and seam sealer and painted, looked good, but I picked it apart real easy, seeing how I own a body shop! interior was fresh and for the rarity of the car I have been looking for an old school too... but they didnt seal up any the patch panels, which means the things gonna rust out within years down the roasd, plus the so sweet 20" spoked knock off players were rusted to hell and back.... so I passed on the deal...
