1997 SC300 5 Speed Red/Tan $7995
Up for sale is an extremely rare 1997 Lexus SC300 with an original 5 speed transmission. There were only 120 manual transmission cars in 1997 and according to the 000001 VIN number, this car is #1 of 120!
1997 was the first year of the upgraded body style of the Lexus SC300/400 which included an updated front fascia and grill, side skirts and rear rocker panels. This car has been extremely reliable and has been very well maintained. The motor runs flawless and the transmission shifts smooth with absolutely no trouble.
The car has received new maintenance items such as:
OEM Lexus Radiator
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Distributor O-ring
Distributor Rotor
Distributor Cap
Fram "Air Hog" Air Filter
Toyota Harmonic Balancer
Brake Rotors
Brake Pads
Brand New Stock Sized Tires
The only modification to the motor is a pair of OEM take-off electric fans. The exterior of the car is not perfect with a few dings from normal wear. The paint is in great condition and shines up nicely. The interior is exceptionally clean for it's age. The driver's seat shows signs of wear but far less than normal given the car's dark tinted windows and tinted front windshield. The trunk shocks have a mind of their own and may need attention down the road. Everything on this car works like it did from the factory including heated seats, power windows, power locks, power seats, power sunroof and power antenna.
I can replace the timing belt and water pump on the car for the cost of parts at the new owner's expense.
I have included multiple pictures of the car and two videos. If you have any questions about the car, please send me an email at LexusFTW@***.net

Yes, it's the same car.
AutoCheck shows an accident in the rear but everything lines up nicely. It couldn't have been anything but a light touch.
AC blows extremely cold and is ready for summer
