FS: 1997 blk/blk 5-speed SC300 Single turbo NA-T
For sale is a 1997 Lexus SC300 5-speed manual black exterior with black interior. The chassis has 230,xxx miles but the engine is rebuilt with under 100k miles and less than 3000 miles since the rebuild.

Dyno'd at 357whp 348tq @12psi
The bad:
front bumper needs paint (not terrible but it has a few scratches)
Dent on rear passenger pillar
small snake bite dent in passenger front fender
car needs to be smogged
needs rear tires
Other than that the car is clean inside and out. The interior is pristine and still has the new leather smell! Definitely an eye catcher and a very fast, fun car to drive.
Im looking for $10k obo.

Im selling because I want something that will be able to hold up this snowboard season. I cant believe Im even trying to sell this thing but I think its time for the next project.
I agree the asking price is reasonable especially since its obo. The color/tranny combo alone has got to be the rarest of the rare. I am the second owner of the car and the previous owner was an elderly gentleman who used it as a commuter car from Los Angeles to San Fransisco which explains the higher mileage.
Not willing to part anything out at this point mostly because I dont have most of the stock parts still sitting around.

Very clean SC300.
I was in the hunt for a 97 BLk/BLK 5spd and they ARE rare, only 50 made IIRC.
GLWS and this should sell relatively fast for such an asking price.
