1995 Lexus SC300
1JZ-GTE motor swap from JHOT Imports.
195k on chassis. ~75k on motor. (have receipts from motor purchase)
Insurance just totaled my car due to body damage and I did the buyback. I sild off the road in the snow and scrubbed against a tree and down a 3 foot bank. (slow speed slide)... PICS BELOW!
The car runs and drives but it would need to be towed as it is being sold as a parts car only. NO TITLE
MOTOR SWAP
1JZ-GTE Soarer 2.5L turbo motor -came stock in this car in Japan.
Motor and Transmission purchased from JHOT Imports in Atlanta GA
1JZ was twin turbo stock, but upgraded to a big single for power.
~75k on motor
Replaced timing belt
New OEM injector clips
Stock 1JZ-GTE ECU with extended harness
TRANSMISSION
Soarer automatic transmission with new fluid, filter and gasket kit.
*** 3800 RPM stall torque converter included, but not installed yet***
B&M Transmission cooler – heavy duty model
TURBO
T3/T4 turbo-
Cold side- 61mm inducer .70a/r with 4” inlet
Hot side- T3 flange .86a/r with 3” v-band out
Oil cooled
~3.8k spool. currently running low boost
(Manual boost controller set to ~13psi)
Greddy Type-S Blow Off Valve
EXHAUST
Stainless turbo manifold with 50mm external vented waste gate.
3” stainless v-band down pipe.
3” midpipe
3.5” Greddy Dragger MKIV Catback

18” Limited Racing Alloy Rims -Silver
Front- Nanking 225/40R18 with ~70% tread left
Rear- Falken 245/40ZR18 with ~95% tread left

I will take and post more pics of the current condition and video of it running tomorrow at lunch and post on saturday morning. I have plans friday night right after work tomorrow.
I would keep and fix it but I live up a half mile long dirt mountain road (moved in 3 weeks ago).
Even with all season tires this road is bad when it snows. Its on the north side so the snow stays as slush for weeks it seems. I broke down and got a 98 2dr accord today. I do still want to go fast... it just wont be in the SC anymore... I have a fzr600 motorcycle for that.
