98 SC400, salvage title (NY 907A title), theft recovery.

car can be registered once it goes thru your states salvage inspection process
looks like an inside job, no wires cut, door locks unbroken.
i will include the following parts with a orginal title from car parts were removed from:
cluster, steering wheel, airbag, climate control/radio, radio surround and ashtray, rear seats.
parts needed to complete:
center wood trim that goes around gated shifter, and battery
