pulled the trans today. the first/main gear on the input and secondary shafts are totally de-toothed, which explains the no movement at all. i do have another w58 with broken shift forks if somebody wanted to take both transmissions and make one good one. if someone wants the car and brings a good w58 i will put it in for them at no extra cost. i can put this transmission in in literally 35 minutes. i would trade this car for a stock low mile gm 5.7/6.0 lsx engine with 6spd trans wiring harness/computer and some cash
