2010 Lexus IS-F, Ultrasonic Blue on Black

This is a 2010 Lexus IS-F sedan in great condition and the best color combo in my opinion - Ultrasonic Blue Mica on Black leather. The car has just under 10,000 miles, and was originally purchased in August 2010 and has the Lexus paint protection film on the front end - thus it is in beautiful condition. The car was originally purchased at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, MA and has had all scheduled maintenance performed there also. Please feel free to ask any questions as I do love talking about any and all cars - the IS-F to me is a real alternative to the M3's and C63's out there - that does not have the service worry or overhead. I am located in MA; south of Boston.

Complete Picture Set
Condition
The tires are in excellent condition with an avearge 6/32nds tread remaining 8/32nds is new (see pics) with no abuse. The rims are also in great condition with a very minor scuff on the right rear rim (less than an inch). The brakes are also in excellent condition (rotors and pads) although they do produce quite a bit of brake dust. Exterior paint is a 9 with some very minor rock chips from normal driving - there are no door dings, slight scratch on lower front bumper corner, less than 3/4 inch in length, not really visible. Interior is also in excellent condition, with little to no use in the back seat, passenger seat is perfect and the drivers seat shows some slight wear on the left bottom bolster. The engine bay looks as new. The trunk looks as new. The center console looks as new with no scratches etc. The car is garaged at home and at work.
Both orignal keys (smartkeys) are included with complete owner manual documentation, service history PDF, Orginal Window Sticker, and vehicle delivery certificate.
Maintenance
I do maintain all of my cars to a high standard, and have used Menerza Polish, Meguiars and Collinite Wax on the exterior along with Griots leather care and interior cleaner on the interior. There is no Armor-All in this car. All scheduled maintenance has been performed on time at Herb Chambers Lexus with the 10,000 mile oil change maintenance being performed most recently on 4/20.
Specs
I am assuming you are familar with the base specifications on the car, and I do feel that Lexus have a genuine M3/AMG competitor with the 5.0 V8 paired with to a 8spd automatic that can offer shifts of 0.1s in sport mode. The suspension offers very strong control while offering the right amount of comfort in my opinion. Brakes (6 piston up front) feel wonderful compared to my prior E39 M5.
A few key points on the 2010 model year:
Torsen Limited Slip Differential (LSD); critical when comparing to a M3.
19 Inch forged BBS rims.
Updated Nav system with Lexus Enform, XM Traffic and Weather, eDestination, ability to send nav info to the car from an iPhone or Android App or online.
